LoL. The weight loss is gonna keep me from maxing this one, I'm guessing. Gotta stop stuffing the cake hole. I think the following run schedule is doable.

Sun (2/15) BEAST 4
Wed (2/18) BEAST 5
Sun (2/22) Long Run
Wed (2/25) BEAST 6
Fri (2/27) BEAST 7

I'm pretty beat up right now, so I wanna build in some good recovery days around the long run. These aren't the only runs I do. I try to run every MWF and at least once on the weekend. I'm hoping for a 10-miler next Sunday, but I will be happy with anything greater than or equal to 8 :P
