Pre flop is ok. I would approach the flop slightly different though. That's and awful flop. Checking is probably to weak, I don't think you need to bet that much though to find out where you are.
I'd fold the all in. To many hands have you beat, and you aren't that far in front of a lot of the ones you are beating.
Probably got that all wrong, but that's how I see it.

So how wide does the op have to be shoving for this to be ok?

Well he already had a read saying he had seen him shove all in when he was in front. It isn't a great read over 11 hands , but its' worth noting.
I can't think of many hands he would shove with there. Either a set, two pair. A pair and one to a flush, or best case I can think of is AK no flush card, that would be a pretty crazy move though.
