hand 2 should probably be a call preflop. if you 3bet it shouldnt be to more than 10$. and when you make this huge 3bet you shouldnt expect him to flat it so you should already have a concrete plan facing a shove.
hand 3 should mostly be a call preflop, but if you do 3bet, it should be smaller again. large 3bets are mostly for when you are out of position and against multiple opponents. when you are in position you generally want to be raising 3-3.3x with your range vs one opponent. ( i realize that there are 2 opponents in each hand but since the action is call +raise and minraise +reraise, the first opponent will be facing two raises cold with a weak range and therefore has a negligible effect on your betsizing.)
