1) std
2) 3bet more preflop, to about 18. As played just bet normal cbet in 3b pot and get it in obv.
3) is fine, although i make note he slightly overbets with what is the nuts in 3b pot.
4) Give up on turn obv, 3bet pre to $14-16
5) Just shove flop, he's got 13 left lul
