two suggestions if you're running HEM:
1) Filter on pots at 25nl where you called a bet >40bb. Think about what this telling you.
2) When you get to the river with an ok hand - e.g. 8T on 8TAQ3 rainbow board, consider check-calling instead of bet-folding. Reason? If you bet, then you gotta fold to the re-raise and this costs you the same as check-calling but you don't get a showdown. And another reason - a lot of people who would be folding to a bet will be bluffing when checked to. Passive lines are good sometimes...
