ok. I know how to play a style of poker that seems to produce ok results for the limits and games that I play.
But sometimes I get bored and wonder if I'm good enough to run loose and beat the game - this is a subtle form of tilt that i've already described:

So I repeat that, and then start to wonder, "how about 20-16?" so i run a session where i run not even breakeven after rakeback, which is a waste of time and money:
