First up, you put people on ranges rather than hands. It's almost impossible to put players on a specific hands - instead you speculate on their likely holdings based on pre-flop play (=pre-flop range), and then narrow this down based on post-flop play and behaviour.
It will start to make sense after you;ve played with a hud for a while.

I'm not sure if there are any good articles on interpreting these stats - as long as you know what they mean you should go ok. PT2/3 are both good, I abandoned PT3 cos I was getting a whole lot of system instability - it doesn't cope well with heavy multi-tabling... but the HUD content and form are both fine.
