I would not raise this preflop, I would probably just fold it with three limpers in front. I'd limp KQs however. In this spot, fold > limp >>>>> raise IMO. The reason not to raise here is that KQo is a marginal hand multiway and many players will just flat call with AQ and AK meaning you can lose your whole stack with the second best hand on a K or Q high flop.
As played preflop, you're getting your chips in on this flop regardless of what happens. There are 1410 chips in the pot when it gets to you and you have 1510 behind.
After your 780 bet you cannot ever fold here because a) you just put in like 60% of your stack and b) you're getting 4:1 pot odds on the call and c) you do have two pair...
