How does one cope with a down-swing? I recently moved up from the $5.50 tables to the $11 ones. I'm suffering a large down-swing in my bankroll, I think due to bad luck more than anything. At the moment I can't seem get ITM at all. When I push into the BB I'm getting called by good (or at least better) hands and losing, when I'm calling pushes with better hands they are getting sucked out. I know all of this is part and parcel of poker, but at the $5.50 tables I have ROI +20%, but at the $11 tables I have a ROI of less than -30%

I have run several push/fold hands through SNG WIZ and they look good. Perhaps there is the odd mistake, but I don't think I'm playing as terribly as the results suggest. I'm certainly not tilting.

Do I accept this is just variance and crack on, or level-down and try get back into the swing of winning?
