Hi MisterWho12,
most people say that the loyalits bonus of noiq is somehere between 40-50% of your rake on the last vip level. but you have to reach vip level 6 to get so much. so at the beginning you will not get this much by their loyality program, but the 600$ signup bonus will compensate that easily 
in addition to the noiq programms you can get another ~14% rakeback when you have a good noiq poker affiliate. (send me a pm if you are interested, I dont want to spam my deal here)
