I think thats just processing to such a low quality that the resolution cant display the HUD stats. Some of the videos I can see them sometimes, others not, and some they cut in and out or are black blocks.
Sauces video worked fine for me. Some of the others have audio sync issues though, but not so bad you cant follow stuff.
