just move up following the 20BI rule, thats quite enough until u hit 100NL.
My plan so far was
$16 (lol) - 200 for 2nl
$200 - $500 - for 10NL (no 5nl at Everest  )
$500 - $1k for 50NL
$1k - $5k for 100NL
Nowadays youŽll here a lot of guys recommending a bit deeper roll, since post UIGEA games became more aggresive and less fishy. However, with >$100 you should move up to build you roll as fast as possible. Make sure to move back down when you hit $100 again and everything will be fine.
