Should I have shoved the turn here? Especially because of his stack size.

Hand #2: Should I have bet the turn? I checked to keep the pot small... and I am pretty sure I should have bet in case he was on a draw. Even though he got his miracle card on the river, the proper play seems to have been 3 streets of value.
