If they have a high fold to turn bet% or are just plain Aggro and loose, I float them. Against a tighter TAGG type player, I at least make sure I have a few outs, like an A on a K high or Mid PP in case I get called lightly. I also re-raise all my decent draws on the flop. You can't just look for the high C bet %'s, you need to find the right guys. Get a read that they can fold marginal hands first. No Read, No Playing Back.
