Does the fact that its a blind battle influence him to call much more often with Kings up/ Aces up?
If you are raising 9s pre-here then he is certainly going to be raising high 2 pairs after the draw and I doubt he folds AA22 or KK22 here that often to a reraise in a blind vs blind situation. Ive never played as high as 3/6 though and I havnt played against many "smart aggressive" players.
I would reraise here but Im not sure how to react if he comes over the top again. Id imagine his range there totally crushes you but I dont know if I could fold getting such big odds.
