1) Classic example of not knowing where you are when you are just calling. With a read that opponent was weak, which he was, I would have raise-folded the flop. I think your call on the flop says "I'm pretty weak, but so are you". He was indeed weak, but it was easy play for him when his hand improved.
2) I don't understand his call on the turn. He of course decided already then to bluff on the river, but with that board I don't specially like the play. The river was not a scare card either. Nice call.
3) Agree, VWP.
4) If you are going to call an all-in on the flop, isn't it better to just push this flop or make a big bet, instead of making a smallish cbet? I would probably have folded AQ to a very big cbet.
