I'm pretty frustrated with my mentality around poker right now. I've been on tilt in a different way. Not only do I still have the problem of knowing what to do but not always doing it, but I feel almost as I lose my silent commitment to play my best poker during the session. To explain it in another way, I start screwing around a bit.
Clearly, I need to get myself back into the habit of playing good poker and also thinking before acting. I feel weird blaming leaks in my game on my mental state and not my ability to play poker, but I really think it's the case.
