I think this is a great idea, thanks for suggesting it. I think it will be very valuable and we should include players of all levels rather than just the best players on this forum. If we have >9 interested participants we can just set up more than one table.
I think we will need to make it a money game as unless I'm mistaken I don't think that PS will set up a private play money game. If necessary we can strike a deal where the winners redistribute the winnings to all players on the table so all everybody pays is the entry fees.
The other way to do this is what was done on 2+2 a few months ago, where a bunch of very well respected players (think ZeeJustin  , Curtains, Jason Strasser and others) commented on an entire PP $22 that the organiser played and he put it into the PP replayer with their comments. Search "My gift to the forum" if you haven't seen it already.
