Point#1: I think this is a 'subpoint' of a bit broader scope of adaptability - good Sng player has to adapt to different variants - stack size, number of players at the table, blind structure, the point is that you have to readjust yourself constantly to all those factors
#2: I think agressiveness is much more important then tighness - I have seen loose-aggressive players do well in Sng, and I have seen tight-agressive players doing well, I have never seen passive players do well in the long run
