I've run into this twice in the last 24 hours: once with a passively played AA from a smallstack versus my JJ; just now with everyone limping at a table (2nd blind level), I raise to clear out the limpers, get reraised (of course I just reread a hand history like this in
HOH today and figure bluff), reraise AI with AJ, and get knocked out.
I know, stupid in both cases. But I never saw either one coming. Is this something to look out for, or is this just a weak way to play AA?
