Had a day off work and played poker for a long time today. Entered Party's 20k Guaranteed tournament as a little variety to spice up my day, ended up finishing a bit outside of the money. Never picked up a super hand, didn't get called once when I pushed my hands preflop to try and double up except for the time I got busted (3 way pot, table chip leader and some other dude and me, chip leader had k x, other dude had some paint trash and I had tens. Flop comes out with two kings, gg. Starting to really find my niche in ring now..losing less larger pots, getting my money in with the best hand, always getting a better understanding of the FLOW of the game and paying attention to raises, especially preflop when I have quality/semi-premium hands. AOK's post in the newbie section about raises is really informative. Anyhow, I'm trying to decide where to start another bonus....

Also, I've made a friend in Party, not gonna name names or anything, but his style is very very LAGG. And he's good, and just absolutely owns the TAGG and more passive-tight players out there. When I go to change styles (at a later date), this is what I want to learn.
