Well a newbie trip report on the result.

First time playing poker at a Casino - got in on a newly opened 1/2 table at Foxwoods (max buyin $100). It was a lot of fun, though I was disappointed with my discipline as I got caught up everything. It started with a bang.

Middle position, I'm dealt Q6s and see that everyone is just calling the bb so I decide what the heck and get in for the first hand on the table.

Flop: Q9Q, with one Q and the 9 clubs.
Pot is about $16 (yeah, like 8 callers to the bb)
When it comes to me I throw in $25, not wanting to see any more cards with possible clubs, and happy to take my set and go. The gal behind me raises it to All-In for both of us (since we've both bought in at $100). I blinked at that, but was so caught up with my set that I called without thinking it over too much.

She flipped over 99 and I figured I was about to see my first buyin die.
Turn was trash
River was the case Queen.

Yep, quad queens to start the day. It was pretty much downhill from there. I played pretty decent for a while, but the table was so loose that I loosened up way more than I should. I ended up going All-In against a guy who was already on his fourth buy-in or so, pushing against people with all sorts of things. With the table 78T and me holding pocket jacks, I put him on another reckless push. He showed A8, but caught his Ace on the turn to wipe me out.

After that I played overly tight, disappointed in myself for loosening up so much. Overall that was my take-away. Playing live in the casino was a lot of fun, but I have to remember to keep my head together if I don't want to be donating money for my entertainment.
Note: new guy and very open to constructive criticism, so go ahead and weigh in! I'm here to learn.
