Seriously putting every poker cent you possess in the world on the line at once is madness. Imagine you get dealt KK on hand one only to find the 'idiot' across the table has AA? 
Id suggest that with a 1K roll you try the 25NL tables a bit, especially caus you say yourself there are flaws in your game! Leave the 1000 tables until you can sustain yourself there.
On the other hand if you fancy a nice exciting gamble work away; it would certantly get my heart racing to sit down with my entire 'roll!
