A few points
1. There is no such thing as playing the board in omaha since you are required to have two cards from the hole cards.
2. There are two hands that beat you, Quad kings and Quad 8.
3. Regarding your question of whether or not you should fold - it is very hard to answer without a complete hand history.
The main point is how many people saw the flop in this case. If we ignore the quad 8, you have 43 unkown cards, assuming 3 people other then you saw the flop there is 12/43 = 28% you are beat
