the US government cannot ban it. even if they ban it, they cant enforce it.
just like the internet.. they wanted to put legislation in place to control content .. look how far that one got.. the only thing the government is doing well is enforcing child pornography laws.. you can still download any movie, any cd, any video game for free and undetected, and always will be that way.
