Went to the casinos here in Lake Charles,Louisiana this past weekend and came to found...im a natural born river boat gambler....didnt really have any money to play any poker so i headed down to the blackjack table...
walked into the table area with only 40 dollars in my pocket,found a 1 man seated 15$ minium blackjack table....threw 15$ down and said let's see what type of dealer you are,well the bets got placed and the dealer flops down 21 for me...the sweat pouring from my palms just began placed the winnings to the side and kept 15 out there....2nd time around he flopped me 11,i hit and caught another 21...i wasnt even nervous no more,i said im gone,got my money and headed to the second boat for the poker tables....
bought in for 50$ and got a seat for the lowest stakes limit hold em game(3$-6$-12$).....first hand,caught big slick....i threw it away since so many people limped in.Played solid position poker for 1 hour and got ahead about 150$...i left the table and got on one of the only 2 no limit tables in the casino...minium is 100$ to sit......played good position poker for another hour and found myself up another 100$....this continued to about 800$!!!!!!!!.......i was nervous as hell the whole time,but whenever i got comfortable with the play is when i started losing big time....i dont know if i got to big headed or was losing focus&pateince.But i started playing a lot of hands,then this guy from the other no limit table got moved with alot of chips...about 2000$ maybe more maybe less,but he killed me with this one hand.

what a freakin heart breaker man,but i got my respect from some of the regulars in the poker room at the casino,most of em was raging on the 60 year old man for putting the freshly 21 year old all in with a garbage hand...but i played the best poker of my life that night and will gladly be walking back there when i get my next paycheck and taking the poor tourist money
