Description:  I discuss some short-handed play for the Normal speed Double-Shootout Satellites to the Sunday $1M. I've just started playing a few of these, and I've enjoyed them quite. They frequently don't fill completely up, so it's fairly deep short-handed play right from the start, and can lead to fairly deep HU play as well. I try to discuss some of the strategies that I think are important for pwnin' these satellites.

“Nice examples of short-handed play” by DoanDiggy, 18 Oct 2008

Rating:  5/5

This video was an excellent example of timed aggression in short-handed play. I personally play overly-aggressive short-handed, so it was nice to see someone else's approach. The commentary was also quite "colorful" and helped keep the video interesting. I'm not sure the play was optimal, but it's hard to make plays without catching many cards, so in that sense, I think he played pretty well.
