“Thanks for the vid” by DoanDiggy, 13 Oct 2008 |

I really appreciate the video. While the
play is a bit passive, it does have some
merits in a few instances: waiting for a
few people to bust out is a nice way to
move up in the money, staying out of big
pots without the nuts is a decent way to
preserve your stack, and when you do
bet, you are given credit for hands.
Still, there were a few places where I
just found myself screaming, "Bet!"
and it just wasn't happening.
I don't mind that the audio was
recorded after the fact, but it was
strange that he was referring to the
chat box even though it was masked over
such that we couldn't see it. The only
real critiques I have is that the audio
was slightly ahead of the video (it took
away some of the suspense), and there
was a pretty significant amount of
awkward silence towards the beginning.
All that said, I definitely found the
video worthwhile, so thanks again! |

Okay video. Very, VERY passive play-
wouldn't necessarily take this as a
guide to how to play the FT, as much as
I would as an insight into the mind of
an exploitable end-game player.

I agree with the previous review, the
audio was definatly not as good as it
was recorded later. As well as some of
the play being dodgy like the 76 suited
from thr SB. just my opinion. Nice too
see a win though! |

Interesting, occasionally enlightening,
but maybe lacked a certain amount of
urgency and on-the-spot analysis with
the soundtrack recorded at a later date.
Also, please don't follow this video as
an example of how to play MTT end games!
But thanks for doing it - much
appreciated and I'm glad it went well. |
