It was rebuy madness again for Event 14 of the FTOPS VI. However, on Nov 17 it was different; the game was Pot-Limit Omaha. Any game gets a little crazy with rebuys, and when you get dealt 4 cards instead of 2, it gets even better! The buyin for this event was $100 + $9 and Full Tilt guaranteed $300,000 for everyone to fight for. A total of 983 players came along and with a ton of rebuys, broke the guarantee by $9,200. This event was hosted by Eddy Scharf who is a 2-time WSOP bracelet winner and is one of the top pros in Germany.
90 people would walk away with at least $606 all the way up to $77k for first! With such a steep payout you could bet there was some chips flying in this event.
