PokerKings.com Overview
PokerKings was developed by Boss Media of Sweden. It is a member of the International Poker Network and is managed by Gaming VC Corporation Limited, a company registered in Malta. They don’t allow American players on the site.
You’ll notice differences on PokerKings that you don’t see in other sites. You have the choice of playing cash games in U.S. Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, and even Turkish Lira. Coupled with a decent selection of deposit options, PokerKings makes it easy for the international crowd to gravitate to their site and tries to offer them enough ways to play. However, all of their Sit n' Goes and multi-table tournaments are only playable in Euros. This can be pretty confusing, especially if your main currency is something else.
Thanks to the fact that PokerKings is on the International Poker Network (in the top 10 most frequented networks online), you will almost always be able to find the games you’re looking for.
PokerKings offers an unbelievable amount of high-priced options for players looking to get in on nosebleed stakes, including €300/$€600 Limit Hold’em and €300/€600 No-limit Hold’em. On the flip side, they offer a great selection for micro stakes players as well, including 10 cent tournaments and €1 dollar Sit & Gos.
Poker Kings's Software Interface/Usability
PokerKings features a very nice interface that is easy to navigate, quite smooth, and attractive in appearance. Everything is tab based, including tabs to the cashier, your profile, and support. While this is a bit different, it makes everything very simple to find, and borders on perfection. At the top right hand of the interface, you can move through your tables in tab form, as they are tabbed 1 through 5; another nice feature.
From clicking a tab on a type of game you want, such as Texas Hold'em, you are then presented sub-tabs, which give you options such as Limit, No-limit, and Pot-limit, for example. This is the system for all the types of games, making it easy to find your game quickly.
The tables can be a bit slow to load at times but are well worth the wait. The table design isn't as slick and polished as a table at PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker. PokerKings has opted for simplicity; therefore, you won't find any bells or whistles, and no distractions. At Poker Kings it's all poker!
Overall, the PokerKings interface is solid. It's nothing special, but it gets the job done.

PokerKings has an amazing variety for anyone seeking a diverse selection of games.
Their tournament schedule isn’t perfect, but it ranges from .10 Euro tournaments all the way up to a 400 Euro tournament. They also have a 100k Guaranteed Weekly tournament. If they continue to add to their schedule, they should soon have an extremely formidable one. The cash games see a great deal of action as well. On the No-limit side, it’s not uncommon to see action up to 25/50 No-limit and pretty regular action at 50/100 on the Limit side.
Additionally, there is a great deal of action upwards of the 500 Euro Sit N’ Goes, and even the 1000 Euro Sit N’ Goes. So you definitely have a site that offers a great deal of selection and action for any player.
Poker Kings's Ease of Game, Ease of Making Money, Fish Rating
Relative to other sites we’ve come across, there seems to be a ‘looseness’ PokerKings. Compared to most micro stakes cash games on nearly every other site these are quite loose, with always a high percentage of players to the flop and a high average pot size relative to the limit. However, even as you venture into 1-2, 2-4, and upward in No-limit Hold’em games, there still seems to be a good looseness factor, as traditionally those games become much tighter in comparison to micro stakes games. PokerKings has some great games for anyone at any limit.
