A company that produces electronic, dealerless tables for bricks and mortar gambling facilities. These tables are hotly discussed among players-- some players enjoy them (as they generally play faster, make accurate calculations, accurately award the pot, and do not need to be tipped), and other players dislking them (due to traditionalism, a confusing user interface, and the elimination of tells based on how a player touches or plays with his or her chips).
Example: "I stopped playing at the Excalibur when they switched to the PokerTek tables."
