In regards to poker, it refers to the deepness of thinking about a hand. In non-poker posts in a poker form, it is used to question whether someone is serious or not.
Example: Since it was obvious my opponent was only concerned about his cards, there was no point in bluffing. He wouldn't have made the connection between my bet and what I was trying to represent.
