Fouled Hand

A fouled hand is considered invalid due to some technicality (invalid deck, cards on floor, etc.). This is synonymous with dead hand.

Example: The shuffler miscounted the number of cards in the deck. After the deck was discovered to be missing a card, the hand was considered a fouled hand.
