A rule defining how to handle the button positioning in case a player in the button or the blinds gets knocked out
In the dead button rule the big blind is posted by the next player due and the small blind and button are positioned according to the big blind even if the small blind or button are located in an empty seat
Example: The tournament uses the dead button rule
