Cold 4bet

To put the 3rd raise in PF. Typical action goes Button raises, SB 3bets, and then BB cold 4bets.

Example: I felt the button was stealing with a large range, and the SB picked up on that and decided to 3bet, so I felt a cold 4bet would show a huge profit.
