If the river card brings the 4th card of the same suit, you should heavily consider betting out if you are first to act and heads up against an opponent.
Example: So the River brings the 4th heart, and busts my straight draw, but I Figure I'll bet anyway because of Clarkmeisters Thereom. He thought about it for a few moments, and folded.
