Bet/Fold

Bet/Fold

A term used to define the intention to bet at this point of the hand with the intention of folding should your opponent raise you back. Used most often on the river.

Example: So there I was with TPTK on the river, and a straight came in. I figgured I would bet/fold here because he wouldn't raise me unless he had the straight.
