Big hints to save you all a lot of time

It looks exactly like no.3 (deeper.htm). There is a corolation between the letters.

The positions of the dots is important

Spelling words with only glowing letters from 16 is a waste. You *think* you're getting somewhere but you're not.

The major question is "what is dorothy."

You need some background on the story and here's what it is...

Dorothy is visiting OZ.

Relate the glowing letters and the dots to the letters on no.3 and use my background should click with what you've got.

The letters are instructions.

The instructions are a sentence telling you what to do.

You don't use all the letters,

but all the letters you use are contiguous.

The letters are in a zagging vertical pattern.
