What is the picture of?
Figure out what the picture is and how to use it.
Exact "coordinates" from the story and decode them with the picture. The answer is 2 words.

rotate the figure anticlockwise by 90 degrees ... can u make something of it ... u might have seen a smaller version of this near ur house ... It is very essential in everyday life .. if u still dont get it ... lemme know ...
