Probably not, but I wondered if there is any third party banking (Neteller, Firepay, etc) that doesn't charge to withdraw? I am sure that is how they make their money, so I bet not. However, I tried to withdraw from Firepay and they want a $10 fee, unless you frequently deposit from your bank account into your Firepay account. Then they waive the fee. But I have only deposited into Firepay once due to the fee they charged me then!
