I am Paddy Whacked
Name: Rick
What do you play? I play mostly NLHE on FoolTilt.
How long have you been playing? I have been playing for about 4 years.
Where do you mostly play? I play mostly on FoolTilt, JokerStars and BoDonk.
Why did you come to FTR? I found the site in a google search, I saw you offer freerolls on Bodog. I like Bodog but have no bankroll figured I could build a roll with the freerolls you offfer.
Do you have any goals (and how can we help)? . I would like to learn how to better manage my bankroll albeit a small one. |

What do you play?: NL Holdem.
At what stakes do you play? NL2
How long have you been playing?
I've started to play with my friends 3 years ago. First it was just for play money and kicks live, but with time it expanded. We play for money now but it's not very high amount. Through that and a friend who plays lot of poker online I started to play on PokerStars. Off and on. First I was very enthusiastic but as beginner quickly saw that I am too bad to win in the long run. So I dropped it for a year and played just live. But this year I moved and my roommate was a big online player and through him I started to play more and more. Mainly SNGs and MTTs.
Where do you mostly play?
PokerStars
Why did you come to FTR?
I've become aware of my many leaks and problems in my game. I am very motivated and want to improve my game. FTR seems like a perfect community to help me do that.
Do you have any goals (and how can we help)?
Right now, goal is to grind up up up. With my miniscule bankroll that is by Bankroll Management not sufficient for NL2 (I'm at 30$), I cannot really afford many mistakes. I want to plug the leaks I have ASAP so I can start beating NL2 at good BB/100 (now I am at roughly 10, partly due to tilt/misclick situations). After that I would advance to NL5 or maybe stick with NL2 if I feel I am not ready. |

What do I play? A BUTT LOAD OF NLHE AND STUD H/L.
What stakes do I play? A wide range. Freerolls all the way up to $100 buy ins.
How long have i been playing? If only i could remember... Been a long time.
Where do I mostly play? Full Tilt Poker... And i hate it.
Why did I come to FTR? I've been looking around at new forums, and this one seems like it has a lot of time invested into it so it must be decent.
Do I have any goals (and how can you help)? My goal is to not get sucked out on by a 2-3 outer every hand i play. So i don't think anyone can help unless they "LAY DOWN THIER GARBAGE!!"
I'm just a normal poker/gamer person who doesnt work for uncle sam and loves to sit around all day and do nothing but read and post stuff on forums. Thanks for having me at the site. I'm from Illinois by the way. |

What do you play? Hold'em mostly, Omaha, and 7stud when I want to lose money
At what stakes do you play? $2NL, $5NL, $10NL, $1-$11 MTT
How long have you been playing? My grandma taught me to play 7-stud when I was 7, and we would always play a few family games around the holidays, mostly stud, some HE. I played 7-stud with my friends in HS, and didn't move on to HE until college, when I actually started to get interested in, like, you know, being good. I just started playing online NLHE in February.
Where do you mostly play? PS. Love the Saloon skin. Thinking about moving on to collect some more bonii
Why did you come to FTR? I found some links about preflop strategy which were very helpful for me when I first started playing online. Just the other day I started digging deeper, and this is actually the first Internet message board I have ever joined — wait, scratch that. I joined a Volvo board to get advice on how to fix my sweet '86 240DL. Volvo Represent.
Do you have any goals (and how can we help)? My first goal was to win an MTT ($2 buy, won just north of a G), which I did a few months ago. Now my goal is to basically just get to the point where I am supremely confident in my game, and to win a few more MTTs. I know that's going to be a long journey through the land of good math and bad beats. Great to meet everyone. |

Hi there,
Name: Jacob
Age: 27
What do you play?: NLHE FR
At what stakes do you play?
$10NL , sometimes MTT’s up to 5,5$.

Get better. Play more hands. These are obvious.
Right now I’m grinding $10NL and trying to improve,
that’s why I decided it is time to start posting. |

At what stakes do you play? 25 NL at mo.
How long have you been playing? I have been playing poker as a hobby online for last 2 years. I have started playing cash games in just the last 3 months. I'm a loosing player at the mo, ,Hope to change this pretty soon and move up to 100NL. My first 2 months were pretty disasterous. Trying not to hammer the tilt button !starting my upswing now. . Look out ! Hee hee. hope to have BR for 50NL by end of year.
Where do you mostly play? FT
Why did you come to FTR? Googled and came across it. I like what i see so far.
Do you have any goals (and how can we help)? Hope to be able to make some nice pocket money playing poker for hobby. I hope to pick up lots of advice and tips over next 12 months, books / online, and see where it takes me. In the long run i just hope to be a good poker player. make some money doing something i enjoy. I'm toying with the idea of keeping a poker diary, starting out as a donk and working my way up. Might make a good read in 2 years time !!
G'luk at the tables ! |

How do I go about getting this forum member banned? He has stolen my original avatar. Everybody on FTR knows this is my avatar and this player is obviously impersonating me. I believe there is something in the T&C about member impersonation.
I request this player get banned. Thank you.
