Ok, so I've been around here for a long time. I was already on FTP and PS before coming here, and had no clue about Rakeback. So I get nothing.
I'm considering changing sites, but I'm still a micro player who is looking for the softer site with decent software, compatible with Poker Tracker and friendly to US players... but that I can get signed up with a Rakeback provider for right out of the gate..... looking for suggestions... |

Monty, I can help. From another thread here
http://www.raketherake.com

1)Go on FT and change your address and any other info you can, doesn't matter to what because you will not be using this account ever again after you get the new account with RB
2) get a new email address. This is necessary anyway and you should only have an email for poker sites. Do not use the same one you have used all over the web. People are tracking us through forums and shit and getting into peoples accounts and robbing them blind. ie: enjoyingKandy@yahoo and jshouldrs@charter (changed a little for your protection)
3) click on that link for raketherake above and make a RB account. They are the best RB providers on the net, bar none. After making an account, follow the instructions for FT through them and make a new account with the real information and address you have now, DO NOT USE ANY DUPLICATE INFO, like address, postal code, or email. don't use any fake info on the new account.
4) Do not use a payment processor that you have ever used before. Not ever, they will catch you and you will lose your account. Believe me when I say that they will never take your funds if your caught, just deny knowing any better and tell them you just wanted Rakeback and are sorry. I have had the second account know for 2 years, I have never had a problem. My old account has $8 and I don't plan on ever getting it, the $600 Bonus and RB was worth way more than $8.
Again, no duplicate info, make the new account have the real info incase they ever ask for ID or information, get a new email for poker (this is a must for any site) and get your RB account first, then delete all the cookies or use a new machine to download FT from raketherake. If you click on the wrong link on another site like you did here you may never get RB on the new site. Follow raketherake's instructions and act like a new account. | |

i would never take the approach of opening a second Full Tilt account, maybe cos I'm paranoid risk averse? I would instead write to try and get my existing FTP account re-tagged to their in-house Rakeback provider.
re your question. Everyone hates UB/Absolute, and I don't like their history. But... they meet your requirements. |

| I've tried the writing to them, they rejected me. Probably because I'm still not big enough. I don't like the second account idea either. Maybe once I've grown into a bigger player, I can get someone there to help me. |

| I wrote FTP and got RB in two weeks, mind you this was before I ever deposited, so I'm really sure what qualifications they use... |
