This is from an 8-game table. My opponent has seemed passive / fishy in general, but I don't know too much about how he plays PLO specifically. His river bet size into two opponents looks like a straight, but do you call since there's some chance he might be overplaying a worse hand?

I'd fold if it's a regular table, not sure the 8 game impact on the play level.

I would check the flop here, I think we get called too much plus there are a lot of cards you can hit on the turn.

Fold. Usually no bluffing is needed at Omaha, as there are so many possibilities. Besides the person having the possible 9 10 for the nut straight (J,10,9,8,7), I would guess the person did not bet higher because he only has a 6 4 (8,7,6,5,4) or 6 9 (9,8,7,6,5). Either one of those makes mincemeat of your 3 ladies.
The betting kinda shows this, that he increased significantly on the turn when he hits the straight and not increasing his bet when the river card did not help his cause. Just my opinion. Good luck at the tables.
