Cop comes up and says, "I've been waiting all day to catch a speeder." to which I replied "I'm sorry, officer. I tried to get here as fast as I could." I got off with a warning because I made him lol hard. |

my girls bowling team made it to state for the second year in a row, with the top series being bowled by one of my girls (she shot a 601)...
the boys didn't make it as a team, but I had two boys make it as individuals. boy #1 shot a 668 for 9th place at the meet, boy #2 shot a 617 for 12th place.
scores on the boys side were ridiculously high for two teams in particular. high boys series was a 778, another kid threw a 300 at the end with the whole place watching him, it was freaking awesome. |

do you see how many courses he has? After all of those you should be well sated but not stuffed. Thats the idea. You should not feel heavy and want to unbutton your pants while sitting in front of the tv on the couch after eating.

I mean, I really could go into how portions of protein should be closer to 4oz not 16oz, and how doing so would not only lower the obesity rate, but also lower our energy consumption significantly.
