The accent isnt even that bad. I guess when i read something from someone i give them a certain voice and it was kind of weird to hear how he really sounds.

Pretty much. I'm sure it has to do with a lot of people's perceptions of the old #flopturnriver since most of the people who seem to have a problem with IRC I've never seen in there. |

| Wanted to point out that !handlist still works to see the last 3 hand histories posted in the channel (only works when I am online which is like always). I'm currently working on a script that will increase functionality to this feature. |

You can now request a certain number of previous hand histories from my database of posted hands. Currently this is limited to 10 hand histories, though that might be expanded in the future if it becomes useful.
So to reiterate:
"!handlist" will still return the previous 3 hands
I want to again encourage our members to post their histories and reads on the same line whenever possible like this:

This will allow the reads AND the link to show up in the !handlist feature.
Also I'm not sure if I mentioned the !calc function previously, but just in case you can request a basic calculation from me by using !calc. For example:
!calc 2+2 will return 4
!calc (2+2) will return 4
Note that proper parenthetical notation is important as mIRC follows strict order of operations. For Example:
!calc 2+2/4 will return 2.5
!calc (2+2)/4 will return 1
Thanks, and if anyone has any other ideas for scripts that would be even a little useful, let me know and I'll give them a shot. The mIRC scripting language is impressively powerful, but I'm not an expert coder.

!handlist and !calc are working again (after I reformatted and lost them)
I also added !handsearch N which will display the last 3 hands of a given IRC member
Example: !handsearch spoonitnow
Please note that since the format, the IRC hand database got blanked. Not a big deal, but don't be surprised if you search yourself and nothing comes up, just means you haven't posted any hands in IRC since uhh.. today .
Note that the search function is name sensitive (IE, you can't !handsearch spoon, you ahve to !handsearch spoonitnow) and if you regularly change screen names like many of you do obnoxiously often, you might have trouble trying to find yousrself in the !handsearch function.
Update 10/21: As of last HD crash (ugh), this only returns last hand. Haven't gotten around to a full re-write yet.
