So this means I was 4 sets behind the average number I would normally hit with this many pocket pairs seeing a flop? |

Not quite - if you look at the y-axis, you'll notice that only 13% of the time will you hit the average number of sets, in this case 11.
But yes, you hit 4 less sets than the mean, if that's all you're asking. |

I know how to read the curves and whatnot, just making sure the dots or w/e were what I thought they were. Thanks  |
