| Push the river, he has all sorts of weak hands in his range that he could call with here. |

Only three hands beat you. Also I find that virtually no one will check in early position with a monster hand on the river. Looks to me like he was drawing at athe club flush and missed. Most likely a suited Ace or King with a shitty kicker. I'd put in a value bet here and even if he raises all in I'd prolly call.
Then again PokerTracker Rates me as an ULTRA-AGGRESSOR for 6max so perhaps I'm wrong. |

| If you suspect he was drawing and missed, whats is the point of betting on the end with no expectation? |

In the immediate, I made the right play here, I put him on J9, and he had J9.
However, you guys are probably right about this not being a very good play in the abstract. |

Regardless I think you have to bet this river. J9 is really the only hand he could have that beats you. AJ is unlikely to call with a gutshot there, and KK is obviously remote. Don't be results oriented and think that you should be checking this river down, you should be betting this river. |

although im betting against you (go murdoc!), you can't really put him on the 2nd nuts because he check called the flop and turn and checked on the river. the vast majority of the time you are really really far ahead and need to get the money in. |
