This was recorded by Ben some time ago, but was put on hold due to some technical troubleshooting and other delays. It's now online.

Nice video Sauce!
Question to Sauce/others:
In some of the riverspots where u have checked behind on previous-streets and tries to extract value, u bet like 3/4-pot, they often fold (for example u 3-bet with KQ0, 1 caller IP, flop AK4, turn A, river 6? U bet, he folds). I often find myself betting like <1/2-pot and think i am getting called very light, what are your experience with this betsize in these spots, does it get way to transparent on higher levels? |

| I like many of the concepts you are actively using in your play, you are clearly thinking about optimal bet sizing against your opponents ranges, something I feel many tags don't implement in their games nearly enough. |

Nice video, solid play. Not been in many difficult spots, but not unnecessarily coming into them is a skill as well.
I like your not c-betting examples.
If you will be making another one I would love to see some more postflop agression, i.e. double barreling, betting on scare cards, turn semi bluffs etc. Don't know how often you get in those spots tho.
Xanti the audio and video were in sync all the way |

Only halfway through, and I love it. Normally I doze off when watching a poker vid and turn it off after 5 minutes tops so good job |

Your analysis of doubling the Q63cc flop was great.
For future vids, I"m sure we could all use some more analysis of doubling and tripling. Seems to me that that's one of the last things we learn that bumps are abilities from small to mid stakes. |

Is it like this when you view YouTube videos at full screen as well? If not, there might be something we can do. If it is, then there's probably nothing we can do. |

Can you give us a download of the movie? It broke off somewhere for me and it seemed like the only option I had was to restart it from the beginning.. |

Good vid. Ive a got a couple questions though.
First, you mentioned that you shoiuld not be c-betting in a lot of your 3-bet pots. Why is this, and which board textures are you more likely to c-bet and with which types of hands (ie. overpairs, whiffed AK, ace high flops with AK, ect.)
Second, I noticed that many times when the small blind open limps into your big blind, you are normally raising 6x rather than a standard 3.5 or 4x. Could you explain this further as well.
Thanks for making the vid and Im looking forward to the next ones. Hopefully you can get into some more three bet situations, post flop. |

im interested in this also. i think its just a bet pot script that you can customize to what fraction of the pot you want as a default. i use the chip reloader AHK but couldnt ever get the bet pot one to work right. |

I use this AHK script:
http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/BetPot
Sauce123 might be using something else tho, but the script does what I need but you might hafto set it up to fit your style. |

| Heya sauce, loved the video. I found the ideas regarding cbetting very interesting. I really have a hard time with that when I'm playing a 21/17 type game. Basically I cbet HU 95%+ of the time and I have a hard time convincing myself not to. I'd love to have some more in depth explanation on the subject. |

the best thing about sauce's video i found was when he gets money in hard with like mid aces or anything ahead of the limpers range. I used to just check in the BB with like A8 or something with a bunch of limpers in the pot (Thinking "GG POT CONTROL" )and never really thought about the fact that i crush their range and I'm missing so much value by not juicing the pot right there and either making them fold or making a +EV cbet on a flop that misses their range. it's amazing how effective this is and i cant believe I've been missing so much value all this time...
Also the 8X bet HU with a completing SB, seems like it can force them into making a terrible -EV call on the basis from their point of view that they're heads up, followed by an easy cbet.
great stuff |

I'm assuming the vid is supposed to just end abruptly?
Took a long time to be able to download and watch this video, but maybe thats just my connection...
I would really like to see an option to just download the video instead of watching it in flash. As soon as the video ended it wants to download the entire vid all over again to watch any part of it!!!!
Otherwise, Sauce put up some more vids!!! |

I'm not all that good myself but this is what I did.
Simple guide for the script:
1) Download the script from www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/BetPot
2) Download Autohotkey from www.autohotkey.com
3) Unzip and you should have 2 .ahk files, the main Betpot and a second smaller named betpot_default_hotkeys.
4) Open the second betpot_default_hotkeys in ex notepad. Here you will find what the keys do, I use the right mouse button so that would be this line:
~RButton::
Pot(getid(),"1 1 1 1", "smallblind", "ssnl", 0)
return
The 1's are the fraction of the pot you would like to bet, the first if preflop, second flop, third turn and last we have the river. So here we bet the pot as default everytime.
All you hafto do is change these numbers to fit your style. Preflop is set to 4bb raise, so if you use 3.5bb you enter (3.5/4) = 0.875 instead of the first 1. Example:
~RButton::
Pot(getid(),"0.875 0.8 0.66 0.66", "smallblind", "ssnl", 0)
return
Here we bet as default: 3.5bb pre, 4/5pot on flop, 2/3pot on turn and river.
5) Save and load the betpot script.
6) Try it.
Hope that helps. |

Sauce PLEASE post more videos.
I've watched about 5 CR videos and I've learned more in this video than all the others combined. Learned a lot about 3betting in those videos, plus how you play the isolation w/ a limper.
I'm surprised you haven't posted in this thread. I'd ask some questions if you are active in it For some reason I understand your posts/video more than similar info presented by others. You explain the why in a memorable, understandable way. I think a lot of great players skip a lot of basic stuff that they take for granted -- kinda like a smart math teacher.
Thank you!! |

| I would love to see how you would use your stratagy on a full table. I have incorporated some aspects into my live game, though the raising range of most of the people at the table is very tight, so you must be careful who you 3-bet. |
