i need to live healthier. i strength train a lot but i need to do more aerobic exercise. plus i work at an italian restaurant so guess what my [free] dinners are? yeah...doughs and pastas. carb-heaven. but it's hard to eat healthy when you get a free shift meal.

also i resolve to continue not smoking. i quit in april of this year. so almost 9 months i guess.

i'm going to focus on my school work more this semester. i have to retake one of my classes because i didn't make a C in it. so disappointed with myself.

poker-wise i dunno. i've never set a goal for myself before. so i guess i'll start low and shoot for 25NL by the end of the year. i've almost beaten 5NL right now. but hopefully come summer i can really grind it out and hit 25 by the end of summer. that is assuming i don't suck at 10NL. i dunno.

poker wise: grind 75$ on FTP to 1k$ by end of year
life wise: stay in shape adding 10 lbs of muscle by end of year. not cheat or make stupid fucking mistakes in future relationships. learn bout twenty new songs on guitar n play in local bars hopefully meeting that future relationships. a tip for anyone: an easy way to get pussy is to learn to sing n play guitar at the same time. gets girls wet. one last goal. to get a 3point grades wise second semester in college

lol nice.

Dropping bodyfat is easy. That's just a matter of energy consumption/expenditure. I'll be eating less and engaging in high intensity exercise again. Short periods of high intensity exercise burns substantially more calories than the same amount of time of cardio so no need to waste my time jogging or some shit.

Video games is what I'll do between bangings.

If you're performing the reps correctly then bench will most likely be the hardest and deadlift the easiest. There are some people for whom that's not the case due to having unusual torso and extremity relations.

200lbs on each of the power lifts is ridic easy though. Even if you're naturally a skinny weak ass nancy girl with a fast metabolism. You just gotta put in the the time and effort.

Yeah, when I could do 400lb squats, I still couldn't do 200lbs for bench.

200lbs x 10 reps bench/squat/deadlift by 2009

If you're performing the reps correctly then bench will most likely be the hardest and deadlift the easiest. There are some people for whom that's not the case due to having unusual torso and extremity relations.

200lbs on each of the power lifts is ridic easy though. Even if you're naturally a skinny weak ass nancy girl with a fast metabolism. You just gotta put in the the time and effort.

wtf when i was wrestling in high school at like 130 and 135 lbs i could do more than this for 10 reps on squat and deadlift the first time i stepped in the weight room

someone kill me now!!!! Crying or Very sad

Then again I have that crazy farmboy strength too.
