The HUD rated him Semi-Loose, seeing 31% of the flops. He was not very agressive, only having raised pre-flop 3% of the time.

With his short stack, I figured he'd push with alot.

Look at the chip stacks. This is an instacall for me heads up. I would have probably lead for more on the flop also, thus making his turn push a lot easier to call.

Heads up is incredibly read dependent, but given his stack size there is no way Im folding this. Lead for more on the flop though as givememyleg said. Against a flush you still have outs, you cant lay this down. However, preflop I dont think I would complete, actually I know I wouldnt. HU I barely ever fold pf in an unraised pot, I make exceptions for hands like 32, 43, and 42. I would much rather have 73 than 42. What makes this worse is that with your effective stacks you should pretty much be pushing or folding. Folding PF gives your opponent 100 chips, calling and folding when he raises [which is going to be pretty likely in a situation like this] gives him 200.

It doesn't matter what the read is. In heads up action you just have to go all out for the win. You probably ended up loosing the hand and that's why youy posted it here.

But if I was in this position, I'd go all out for it. And I would have raised a lot more once the flop came down. I would probably even bet out in this hand if I had 65o or 6To. 1 on 1 at the end of the tournament is basically; "he who dares wins". And you're stack is 5 times bigger than his. Just go for it everytime. Put him allin with a queen, king or ace in your hand, or any pocket pair. Put the pressure on him.

Ok good. Given his stack size and my read I called.

(The fact he was holing AQh doesn't really matter.)
